Standard 5: 
Demonstrates leadership 

Rationale 

My leadership in EDUC 450 and in the realm of education is illustrated in the Management Plan and Resume that I completed for the course. In the Management Plan I demonstrate my ability to be a forward thinker coupled with my experience in educational programs that allow me to be a proactive leader in the classroom. My experience is further highlighted in my resume which highlights and expands upon my experiences to show how they directly relate to the realm of teaching and make me a very capable and proficient leader in the classroom
