​Rationale 

Professionalism is a very important part of my teaching practice. One of the ways that I grew and developed in this area during the semester was the ability to refelct upon and improve my own profesionalism. This is manifested through the improvment and development of my resume. Through the work done in EDUC 450 my resume has grown to better reflect my practice as a professional and what i strive to bring to every environment I am a part of.
